There are four seasons in a year, winter, summer, spring and fall. And in that year there are rainy days and sunny day (wet and dry season) for some countries. There are days when rate of flights skyrocket and others when the rate fall so low you have to wonder if it’s a giveaway. There are many factors that influence the choice of booking a flight, wondering when is the best day to book a flight and how much money can you save when you book each flight. On different airlines the best days for each may vary, like when to expect the best customer service, when’s the best time to expect good weather, and many other factors that exist. Now, airplane tickets go as far up as to three thousand dollars, however, the average cost especially if the distance is not super long is one thousand dollars, now this cost is still somewhat high.
In terms of weather conditions it’s not a big guess when most people would say summer is the best time to travel, and it all depends on where you’re travelling because summer comes at different times for different countries. For example, when it is winter in the United States, it is summer in Chile. So, there are different times for summer in each country. The best thing to do is find out when is summer in the country you are going to and try to fly around that time, however if it’s unlikely that the other country have bad winters and more likely for the United States to have bad winters then, it’s not best to leave home on a winters day. Once more on average a summer day is the best time for everyone, if there isn’t any natural disaster. Normally the climate is normally better in summer and the skies are clearer and for some countries when it’s there dryer friendlier season like in the Caribbean it’s normally on a summer day.
Now that we get the elements out of the way, when is the best day to book flight, in terms of price? Often you will find that Tuesday flights are some of the cheapest, this is because after Monday, airlines try to match fair prices the next day on Tuesday. Also if there are not so much passengers on the plane it is likely that the price will depreciate. Actually, not only Tuesday, but Wednesday and Saturday have proven to be the cheapest days to fly and more passengers are normally on airlines like JetBlue on those days. Maybe it’s because its domestic days and days when people decide to do all their businesses. Also, imagine booking a flight on a Saturday in the summer, you are almost guaranteed fair weather travel at an affordable price.
Another thing is that when the plane is booked out and to find a seat it can be very expensive as now the bidding starts. Avoid this by making reservations from early.A good summer’s day with a mixture of cheap ticket price is a good combination for a good day to flight. Most airlines cheapest day is Tuesday in the afternoon.
